Developing and managing colocation buildout and services for new and existing customers. Including associated power and mechanical requirements. Development of security services offerings including installation and maintenance of access control and video surveillance systems. Developing and implementing policies and procedures.

  Manager

Critical Infrastructure Engineering Responsible for maintaining and securing critical facilities: cable head-end, OTN cabinets and datacenters in Washington State. Including design, planning, and oversight of facilities upgrades and installations of remote monitoring, safety, security, electrical and mechanical, while ensuring they are on time and on budget. Evaluation, vetting and management of venders and RFQ’s. Working with multiple internal and external customers to identify cost savings and oversee and forecast CapEx and OpEx expenditures. Maintaining a safe work environment.

  Physical Security Systems 

Installation, integration and review of multi-platform, high security systems for large private estate and government customers. Coordinating time sensitive, projects under both strict and shifting schedules in coordination with multiple venders and stakeholders. Including environmental monitoring, video monitoring, analytics, access control, biometrics and intrusion detection.

Facilities and Security Manager 

Facilities and security management, datacenter maintenance, crisis management, health and safety, business continuity and project management. Responsible for providing customer focused solutions, MSDS, OSHA, procurement, contract negotiation and management, budgeting, training, and day to day operation and maintenance of LOTO, HVAC, PDU, UPS, fire suppression systems and other building mechanical and electrical systems.

Data Facilities/Security 

Developed and implemented policies and procedures, performed day to day operations and facilities maintenance, employee safety training, implemented and administered the CMMS, provided 24/7/365 incident response for over 500,000 sqft of real estate.
